Game Variants are when a game has been released multiple times with slight differences. This is common for most games and for systems. This can mean different colors, bundles, or model numbers. For example, many games have a second release as a "greatest hits" version months after the initial release. Different game variations can be more rare or have different values than others, which is why it can be nice to clarify the different versions.
Currently Game Variations are not directly supported on the marketplace, but RcadeTrade is working on a feature to be able to shop for specific item variations. For now, customers will have to go based on listing images and a seller may add that to a listing's description.
