We've got you covered! Every game sold on RcadeTrade is expected to work, with the exception of a few games listed as damaged and clearly described as not working. If you receive an item that doesn't work, the first step should be to speak to your seller. It is possible the seller can provide tools or tips on how to repair the item along with a partial refund (for example, replacing a dead battery). Any item that doesn't work can also be returned with a seller purchased shipping label, as long as it is withing 14 days of the item delivery date.
