Every order on RcadeTrade is covered by our Buyer Protection Policy. If your package arrives damaged, document the items with photos and contact the seller through your account dashboard. If your package never arrives, contact the seller through your account dashboard to resolve any issues.
Due to Covid-19, packages are taking longer and longer to arrive. The majority of orders placed through RcadeTrade will have included tracking, so you won't have to wonder where your package is, only why it is taking a while.
RcadeTrade allows the seller up to 2 business days before a package is to be sent out.
