Seller Feedback

It is crucial to maintain positive seller feedback. A high number of positive reviews will result in first-time and repeat customers shopping from your store. Your store's feedback will be visible to customers browsing each item on the marketplace.

Feedback of 3 or less is considered negative feedback and you are obligated to contact the buyer to resolve the issue. This can usually be achieved through offering a partial refund. If you do not address negative feedback, the buyer can escalate their complaint to RcadeTrade support. RcadeTrade has the executive authority to force a full refund to the buyer on your behalf.
