RcadeTrade is SSL Certified. This means your internet connection is secure and all sensitive data sent between you and RcadeTrade is encrypted.
When checking out using a credit or debit card on RcadeTrade, your payment information is tokenized before it is processed.
Tokenization is the process Stripe (payment processor) uses to collect sensitive card details directly from you in a secure manner. This ensures that both RcadeTrade and RcadeTrade sellers never have direct access to your payment information. This allows RcadeTrade to operate in a PCI-compliant way.
The only information our sellers have access to is the shipping address that each customer submits for an order. Sellers do have the ability to offer full or partial refunds, but this is done without the ability to view your payment information.
